Hi, I’m J.R. and I’m so excited to connect with you!
I’ve lived in the Eastern Sierra for over 3 years and love working with couples and families who appreciate this wondrous landscape as much as I do.
In my photography, I look for the magic that already exists around us and in us. That’s one of the reasons I prefer shooting outdoors, to let the beauty of nature guide us and create a relaxing feel for our session. I want to hear the story of how you met and fell in love to help authentically capture your connection.
When I’m not Photographing, you can catch me out climbing, skiing or backpacking in the mountains. my partner and I love roading tripping around in our old truck, Harriet the Chariot. I also make fine art and have a small studio at our local community art center C5 Studio right in the heart of Bishop.
